Vistavelle Fashion currently ships within the United States only. Please review our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the next business day

  • Customized or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at checkout


Shipping Timeframes (USA)

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Delivery times may vary based on location, courier service, weather conditions, or peak seasons.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional orders

  • Any applicable shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items


Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or WhatsApp

  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch


Delivery Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate U.S. shipping address

  • Vistavelle Fashion is not responsible for delays, loss, or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address may require additional re-shipping charges


Shipping Delays & Force Majeure

While we make every effort to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, natural events, or operational disruptions. Such delays do not qualify for order cancellation or refund.


Partial Shipments

In certain cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages based on product availability. Separate tracking details will be shared if applicable.


Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address details, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
