 Easy Returns — 30 Days

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, as long as:

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All tags, packaging, and accessories (including blouse pieces or latkans) are intact

  • The item is returned with the original invoice or proof of purchase

Requests received after 30 days of delivery cannot be accepted.

 Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

To maintain hygiene, quality, and fairness, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Custom-stitched or made-to-order items

  • Altered garments

  • Items purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional discounts

  • Accessories (such as jewelry, belts, or add-ons)

  • Items damaged due to improper use, washing, or handling after delivery

How to Request a Return or Exchange

We’ve kept the process simple:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order

  2. Share your order number, product details, and photos (if requested)

  3. Once approved, our team will share clear return instructions

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges

  • Vistavelle Fashion will bear the return shipping cost if:

    • The item received is damaged

    • There is a manufacturing defect

    • An incorrect item was sent by us

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or videos of the item and packaging

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case

  • Please allow 7–10 business days after approval for the refund to reflect

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items

 Color & Appearance Disclaimer

We make every effort to display product colors accurately. However, slight color variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings. These natural variations are not considered defects.

 Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement

  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled
